      What happens if a child conceived from my donation wants to contact me?

      Children conceived from your donation can request your identity from the HFEA when they turn 18 and may contact you if they wish.

      Children conceived from donated eggs can request your identity from the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) when they turn 18. They may choose to contact you, but this is entirely up to them.
