      If my surrogate has a partner, are they required to attend any appointments?

      If your surrogate is married or has a partner, they will be required to attend the consultation with the doctor, the donation appointment and the counselling sessions.

      They should also be involved in the legal advice as they will be a legal parent on the birth of the child if your surrogate is married.
