How do I arrange delivery of my medication?

The first step is to call our Patient Services team and let them know you are ready to order your medication.

Payment will be taken unless you are having NHS funded treatment. The prescription is then signed by a Doctor and delivered electronically to Stork. Once Stork have processed the prescription you will either receive a phone call to arrange delivery (this is only if next day delivery is required) or a text message with access to an online portal. From the portal you can then book a delivery slot.
